Long time noh hear

well i know i haven't been on here for a long time, in fact since 2008. So Happy New Year and i apologize. things have been going well. i have recovered fully and am back to work. i thankfully finished with ED for a little while and am now doing orthopedics. that has been really good. i enjoy this specialty, however it is hard to get used to the 5 am getting up so that i can get to hospital and start by 7am.

i was able to go to Melbourne for the Australian Open in Jan, and it was really a good time. i flew in on Friday night and went to all the sessions on Sat, Sun and Monday morning's session (cause Monday was a public holiday)it was amazing. i saw brilliant matches and was filled with hope that the fed would win it this year. and he did fight hard, but sadly it wasn't to be. i did get to see quite a few people on the practice courts, see if you recognize a few. i went with some work mates this time, which was cool.

other than the lovely Open, nothing much and too much has been going on. this past week i have had to have my wisdom tooth out. it was a long time in coming but i was planning for it later in the year. well it forced my hand, by hurting me. so i had to apply some tough love and boot it out of the house. maybe now that it has hit rock bottom it will learn its lesson and never trouble me again. I plan to do the same thing to the other one later down in the year. i know i'm being terrible to them and planning this in advance. not even giving the last remaining one a long time to prove himself, but i just know he is gonna act up. so i am being nothing if not prepared....:)

there is also a change a coming soon re my living situation, but that is just developing, so more as this story progresses. so the beginning of the year has not been all peaches and cream. its been tough, but hey that's the story of almost everyone in this day and age. well I trust in the Lord and i know that he is gonna come through in a huge way. so i'm staying faithful....
