yesterday was my cheesecake making date. my friend Sibon had told me that she wanted to learn how to bake cheesecakes, so yesterday was the day earmarked for me to facilitate this venture. it was really great. i love spending time with Sibon, plus i got to hang with Gerard and Leon their lovely bub. the baking went spectacularly and from all accounts was a great success. one very luscious cheesecake was made, a blog was set up and lots of pics taken. here are a few....
